The bitter action of dandelion root promotes healthy liver and gallbladder function by increasing gastric secretions (bile) and gut function. Dandelions cleansing effect and nutrient content remineralisers and nourishes the body while it supports detoxification of waste and excess fluid.
Gingers is the master go to herb for treating nausea and vomiting, wether it be from pregnancy, travel sickness or liver burden. Research suggests that gingers active compounds gingerols and shogaol have the potential to improve inflammatory biomarkers, insulin resistance, fat metabolism and support liver disease such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
Calendula promotes internal healing, assists with detoxification, lymphatic congestion and inflammation.
Lemongrass is not only extremely calming but great for detoxification as it promotes metabolism (calorie burning) and assists with fluid excretion. Rich in minerals and vitamin C, its antioxidant effects can protect against oxidative stress and free radical damage. Traditionally used for stregnthening the immune system response.

Organically grown: Dandelion root (Taraxacum officniale) St Marys thistle (Silybum marianum), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Approx 2.5 grams max per cup (250ml).
Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Ice Tea: Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
