Our naturopathically formulated immunity tea contains herbs which have been traditionally used to support and strengthen your immune system. Yarrow, elderberry and peppermint, a classic blend amongst herbalists used for treating symptoms of common cold and flu.
Ginger is a warming herb for the immune system commonly used to reduce symptoms and severity of cold and flu. Gingers active compounds gingerols and shogaols are effective for their antiviral, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Calendula has a detoxifying effect for the lymphatic system, nourishing for the immune system and overall wellbeing. Lemon balm has been selected not only for its potential benefits on the immune system but its calming and nourishing effect on the nervous system.

Immunity Tea | Organic loose leaf herbal tea
Organically grown: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), Peppermint (Mentha piperita ), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Rose (Rose centifolia)
In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Approx 2.5 grams max per cup (250ml). Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
